I am thinking once again that I will pitch this hog on a nottingham yeast cake. I know the hop schedule is a little crazy, but I don't mind.I will be monitoring the boil anyways. This fits the english barleywine style guidelines to a tee. I ran it through beersmith and here is what I come up with.Ģ5.00 lb Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 100.00 %ġ.50 oz Fuggles (120 min) Hops 15.7 IBUġ.50 oz Fuggles (90 min) Hops 15.4 IBUġ.25 oz Fuggles (60 min) Hops 12.0 IBUġ.25 oz Fuggles (30 min) Hops 9.2 IBUġ.25 oz Fuggles (15 min) Hops 6.0 IBUġ.25 oz Fuggles (5 min) Hops 2.4 IBU I have decided to order up 8 oz of fuggles hops in anticipation of brewing this beer.
